Who is covered

The first buyer of the product, and anyone who receives it from them as a gift.

What is covered

Defects in materials and workmanship of the display unit, its desk stand and its wall-mount adapter, for one year from the date the product was delivered to the first buyer.

Not covered: damage from drops, liquids or misuse; use with a power supply other than 5 V USB-C; changes made by anyone other than Beyond Parchment; normal wear; and the look of the 3D-printed case. Opening the case does not by itself void this warranty. This warranty covers the hardware. The aircraft, map and photo data come from internet services described on the product page, and their availability can change.

What we will do

We will repair or replace the product, our choice, at no charge for parts or labor. We pay return shipping for warranty service. If we cannot repair or replace it after a reasonable number of tries, you may choose a full refund.

How to get service

Email support@beyondparchment.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will reply with a return address and instructions. Warranty service is done by Beyond Parchment.

Dispute resolution

We do not offer an informal dispute settlement mechanism under federal rule 16 CFR Part 703. Contact us first and we will work it out with you.

Limits on implied warranties and damages

Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, last only for the one-year duration of this written warranty. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
