If you are not happy for any reason, return the unit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping.

Send it back in the original or equivalent packaging with everything that came in the box. Email support@beyondparchment.com first so we can send you the address.

Refunds are issued within 2 business days of the unit arriving, to the original payment method.

Problem on arrival, or it stops working in the first 30 days

We pay return shipping and refund or replace the unit, your choice.

After 30 days: one-year limited warranty

Defects in materials and workmanship are covered for one year from delivery. See the full warranty.

We will help you get the unit running by email for as long as you own it.

Orders from Amazon, eBay or Etsy

Those orders follow the marketplace's return process and window. Where the marketplace is more generous than this page, the marketplace rules apply. The one-year limited warranty applies to every order.
